I Can’t Hear You….

…I have a banana in my ear.

Even in the face of the years of e-mails showing that data has been being fudged and ignored to support Global Warming, The response is; “The administration also waved off concerns about the controversy surrounding leaked e-mails at a British climate research center, with the U.S. envoy to the international climate change conference in Copenhagen dismissing the flap as a “small blip.”

Since lies are an everyday occurrence in Washington, DC, (strange since Washington “couldn’t tell a lie”), I can see where it would be a “small blip”.

EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson said in a written statement that the finding, which declares carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases a threat to public health, marks the start of a U.S. campaign to tackle greenhouse gas emissions. Except that the majority of climatologist agree that CO2 isn’t a problem, nor is it causing warming.

“These long-overdue findings cement 2009’s place in history as the year when the United States Government began addressing the challenge of greenhouse-gas pollution and seizing the opportunity of clean-energy reform,” she said. Except that you are basing it upon fudge data. Since that conflicts with your agenda, feel free to have a banana in your ear, and not hear that they are jerking you off.

Jonathan Pershing, U.S. deputy special envoy for climate change dismissed the controversy over the leaked e-mails.  “I think it will have virtually no effect at all,” he said. “The science is incredibly robust. And as we look forward, I worry much, much more about not acting urgently than what will ultimately be a small blip on the history of this process.”

If you think that my concerns of tyranny are just bluster; The EPA signaled last April that it was inclined to view heat-trapping pollution as a threat to public health and welfare and began to take public comments under a formal rulemaking.  Except that 1.  There is no warming, and 2.  You aren’t elected, so we can’t fire you, just the people who appoint you.  That is NOT acceptable.

History Anyone?

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid took his GOP-blasting rhetoric to a new level Monday, comparing Republicans who oppose health care reform to lawmakers who clung to the institution of slavery more than a century ago.

Did anyone happen, just perchance, to ask Hide-away Harry which Party “cling to the institution of slavery”?  Please slip him a note and remind him that it was HIS party that “clung to slavery”.

Anyone else notice when the Democrats are in the minority they are the “loyal opposition”, but the GOP tends to be obstructionist?

Hoyer all but said that Gingrich was to blame for the condition of Congress today. There was cooperation prior to then.  Which is funny since the majority of the time for the prior 50 years Democrats were in the majority.  The GOP was forced to “cooperate”.

Once the GOP took over the Democrats refused to cooperate and they can’t figure out why there isn’t any cooperation. Clue: there never was.  What there was is things going your way and you were happy until you were the minority.  Then cooperation wasn’t an options.  You locked out the GOP in what you considered important issues, and couldn’t understand why the same happened to you.

This is why you shouldn’t be in charge, you can’t remember or learn from history.

Harry Reid is going to lose his seat, I HOPE, as he is now, and has always been an idiot! How he ever got elected is a mystery to me! He’s ‘not a nice person’ at allllllllllllllllllllllllll! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
He got elected by bringing home the bacon to his State, until now when he is working on taking some of their bacon and sending it to Nebraska. It isn’t sitting well with them.
